Contract of Sale
All orders that you place through our website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to purchase from Danica Katie Candles we will send you an email confirming receipt and details of your order. The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Any products from the order not confirmed in the invoice enclosed with the dispatch confirmation email have not been purchased and for. The ownership remains with Danica Katie Candles until payment of the order has been made.
Products
All goods are subject to availability and whilst we endeavour to keep good stock levels at all time, we regret we cannot always guarantee to have all products in stock. We will inform you of any items that are unavailable as soon as we possibly can to avoid disappointment.
Special Orders
Special orders or custom packages placed with Danica Katie Candles are non-refundable and a deposit must be paid before manufacture commences.
Incorrect orders/Goods not received/Breakage
Should any of the goods supplied arrive damaged, or do not meet the requirements stated on your original order, Danica Katie shall have no liability unless you notify us of the issue within 24hours of receiving the goods. All items that have been damaged through transit, can be refused a point of delivery or should be kept by you until you have notified us and supplied sufficient photographic evidence of said damage. In turn we will offer you a full refund.
Any claims for incorrect or damaged orders should be made via Email or through our contact form on our website.
